Puno Bike and Kayak Day Tour is a great way to experience your visit to Lake Titicaca combining two different outdoor activities.
Your morning will begin with bike tour, we’re pedaling through Puno hills, up and down dust road, with such great Lake views, after lunch at a local restaurant, we’ll be kayaking to Uros islands and return by the late afternoon.

Puno Biking Morning Tour
9:30 am Pick-up from your hotel and transfer to starting place.
9.45 am Meet up with your guide and get ready by testing your mountain bike and adjusting the saddle and helmet.
10:00 am We’re going to start pedaling towards Huerta Huaraya, a community located behind Puno hills.
First section may be challenging because of uphill road. Enjoy beautiful scenery and landscape to Uros reed floating Islands and the peninsulas of Capachica and Chucuito.
Far away in the horizon we may be able to see Taquile Island and Bolivian snowy mountains.
You can opt to return through the main highway to Puno city (uphill, a very steep road for non-regular cyclist).
12:00 pm After this physical effort, on return to same starting place we are going to head towards the local nearby restaurant for a well-deserved lunch (based on trout or chicken).

Kayaking to Uros reed Floating Islands
2:00 pm let’s take again our mountain bikes and pedal towards the kayak launching place for about 5 – 10 minutes.
2:15 pm another adventure begins, you’ll find yourselves paddling to Lake Titicaca floating villages through unique and particular lake landscape.
3:00 pm we’ll arrive to the floating village and step on one of those incredible man-made floating Islands.
You’ll learn from your guide how they are constructed and maintained in very good conditions. You’ll have free time to explore the Island and encounter with the local Islanders.
4:00 pm arrival to same embarking dock and get transferred to your hotel by our driver.
